| | what you prefer to choose to fill your mayonnaise jar,golf balls pebbles or sand | | today,i received an e-mail from my friend,he told me a story like this discription below:a teacher picked up a large mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls.
And then asked the students,if it was full,they agreed it was!
and then he filled it with a box of pebbles,and asked the same question again,if it was full,they agreed it was!
and then he filled it with a box of sand,and the same question again,the students agredd it was!
at last,the teacher asked the students what conclusion they get from this experiment!
another slience,finally the teacher said:golf balls represent your family,your partner,health,friends,favourite passion.they remained,your life would still be full even if you lost everything.
the pebbles are the other things that matter like your job,house,and car.
the sand is everything else---small stuff!
if you put the sand into the jar first,there is no room for golfballs and pebbles.the same goes for life!

| | New release! Mini Golf Madness! | | So far I have only played one complete course. You can choose Front 9,Back 9,Full Course. And I guess the courses change each week. It goes all the way back to January this year,did I miss this game or what? It shows up under new releases? Anyhow it is a fun game but it is not an easy course at all. If you don't care for pebble beach you might not like this one. It does make it interesting and not so hum drum. So have you played it? | | I LOVE golf! | | I am an avid golfer, by avid I mean I play as much as I possibly can. I am in no way a great golfer. Phil Michelson is my favorite golfer. I now use Callaway golf clubs because of Phil. I am glad I bought my Callaway golf clubs because my golf game improved considerably, I think this is because my golf clubs are very forgiving, and have a great soft feel to them. I would not use any other type of golf club.It is very sad to me that Phil is so distracted because of his wife's battle with cancer. I sincerely hope she beats her illness, nothing would make me happier. She is a beautiful, caring, giving woman. She is heavily involved in charity, and gives back whenever she can. | | World's Longest Golf Course?!! | | Yes, you are right and if this idea ever come to fruit, it will indeed find its' way to the Guinness Book of World Records. Just how long is it?At the current proposed, it will be 850 miles which is about 1368 kilometers, which is many times the normal course averaging 7 kilometers. A normal average course takes about 4 hours to complete and this humongous one will be taking DAYS to complete.Nullabor Links upon completion will be stretching across the outback from South Australia into Western Australia. No kidding and laughing matter. But as an avid golfer I have my reservations here and I am wondering if the Environmentalist Groups will be sharing the same concerns and sentiments that I have here. The management of the property will definitely be quite a task here. The resources to both manage and maintain is certainly no trivial matter. Just how are they going to maintain and control the cost? Besides, it will be quite wasteful if the land can be used for better use instead of this huge golf course. Playing golf with so much distractions of attractions isn't my idea of safe and enjoyable. I just beg to differ and hold my reservations.Care to... | |
